itspankajtiwari.blogspot.com Rabindranath was born on May 9, 1861 in Bengal. His father Maharihi Devendranath Tagore was a rich man and an aristocrat and his mother was Sarada Devi. Rabindranath Tagore was not sent to any school. He was educated at home by a tutor. Rabindranath was not happy, getting educated within the four walls. He was a curious and creative child. Though he was educated at home, he studied many subjects and there was a method in his studies. He would get up early. After physical education he would study Mathematics, History, Geography, Bengali and Sanskrit. In the afternoon, he learnt drawing, English and play games. On Sundays he would learn music and conduct experiments in science. Reading plays was of special interest to him. He was happy to read plays of Kalidas and Shakespeare.  भारतीय सैन्य व्यवस्था में नई तब्दीलियों के मायने (मदन जैड़ा,ब्यूरो चीफ, हिन्दुस्तान ) (साभार हिंदुस्तान ) देश की युद्धक क्षमता में इजाफे के लिए सेनाओं को एकीकृत कर थियेटर कमान में बदलने की दिशा में कार्य आरंभ हो चुका है। योजना है कि तीनों सेनाओं की मौजूदा 19 कमानों को सात थियेटर कमान में परिवर्तित कर दिया जाएगा। प्रत्येक थियेटर कमान में तीनों सेनाओं का प्रतिनिधित्व होगा और वह एक जनरल के संचालनात्मक नियंत्रण में होगी। प्रत्येक थियेटर कमान के पास एक विशिष्ट क्षेत्र की सुरक्षा जिम्मेदारी होगी। युद्ध की स्थिति में थियेटर कमान जल्द निर्णय लेने, बेहतर समन्वय और त्वरित कार्रवाई में समक्ष होती है। देश जिस प्रकार से दोहरे मोर्चे पर रक्षा चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहा है, उसके मद्देनजर यह कदम बेहद अहम है। दरअसल, कारगिल युद्ध के समय ही सैन्य व्यवस्था में सुधारों की जरूरत महसूस की गई थी। चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ का गठन और सेनाओं का एकीकरण उसी जरूरत के अनुरूप है। कुछ कदम उस समय भी उठाए गए थे, लेकिन सीडीएस का गठन 2019 में हुआ। सीडीएस ने सेनाओं में सुधार के लिए थियेटर कमान बनाने की दिशा में कार्य आरंभ कर ...
